Our schlafmarie is located at the edge of the Nuremberg ‘Nibelungenviertel’ in Holzgartenstra\u00dfe. The nearby tram (2 min.) or a free bicycle provide mobility. With the tram you are in 7 minutes at the central station and thus at the edge of the old part of town. Here you can change to the underground and reach the exhibition centre in 8 minutes or the airport in 13 minutes. In the opposite direction, the tram will take you in 4 minutes to the Dokuzentrum Reichsparteitagsgel\u00e4nde.Nearby are the Bundesanstalt f\u00fcr Arbeit (Federal Labour Office), the Luitpoldhain (for walkers and skaters), the Meistersingerhalle (for music lovers), the Z-Bau (for the alternative arts), the S\u00fcdbad (not only for sportsmen) and a large number of restaurants that leave little to be desired, from Franconian food and Mediterranean cuisine to organic burgers and sushi. Right next to the apartment, a well-stocked Edeka market with a bakery ensures the supply. The nearest Ebl-Biomarkt ( Organic food store with snack bar) is in Harsd\u00f6rfferstra\u00dfe 32 and 7 minutes walk away.

Of course the Schlafmarie offers much more than just a place to stay overnight. The apartment is not far from the Meistersingerhalle in Holzgartenstr. 26, III. floor.No lugging of suitcases: An elevator lifts you up comfortably.

\na living room with two good sofa beds, which can also be combined into a double bed. In each of them there is a storage space where the duvets can be stored during the day and the upholstered backrests at night.
\nA separate micro-kitchen with window and door (because not every kitchen is always tidy), but also 2 hotplates, filter machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a mini oven for baking.

The furniture is partly modern, but two historical pieces of furniture bring charm and a pleasant personal atmosphere. For entertainment there is a 32″ cable TV, books, city information, some games, a CD and DVD player.Fast DSL access to the Internet and telephone calls to German landlines: free of charge!<\/p>\n
We have a minimum rental period of 20 nights and charge \u20ac 32 per night including 2 persons. In the year 2019 short term rentals are still possible after arrangement to old conditions.Long-term guests from 21 days we reward with a discount of 10%, from 1 month we will gladly make you an offer.Electricity, heating and cleaning on departure are included in the price, as well as towels, bath towels and bed linen. The apartment must be handed over swept clean and without any rubbish. All prices include 7% VAT.
