Inside:
A spacious living room with comfortable kitchenette (ceran, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) and dining table offers many amenities. Smart-TV 43″ with Netflix, DVD, small music system with USB and Aux interfaces, but also books are there for entertainment. Two bedrooms bring peace and relaxation. In 2018, new soundproof windows were installed throughout the apartment in a classic, architectural design. Also new is the bathroom with floor-level shower and a modern combined washer-dryer.

The wohnmarie with its three rooms is located near Fürther Straße on the edge of the Gostenhof district in Mittlere Kanalstraße 1a on the ground floor – 1 minute from underground line 1.

On 61 m² you will find
- a spacious living room with modern fully equipped kitchenette, dining area with a large table, an upholstered chair and a sofa for three persons.
- Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, which can be arranged in one room as double beds.
- a small hall with wardrobe,
- a modern, bright bathroom with floor-level shower and a state-of-the-art washer-dryer (both functions in one unit)
- New soundproof windows in classic three-part division
The furniture is new, some historical furniture brings charm and a pleasant personal atmosphere. In the living room you will find books, city information, 43″ smart TV with Netflix, CD and Bluray player.
Fast Internet and telephone to German landlines are of course free of charge.
A limited number of free parking spaces are available in the street.
Basic rental per night is 52 € incl. two persons, with a minimum rental period of 13 nights. From 14 nights we charge 47 € and from 22 nights 43 € per night, from the first night.

Each additional person costs 20 € per night. Children in the travel bed stay free of charge.
There is a one-time service charge of 50 EUR for electricity, cleaning, waste disposal and heating.

On departure, the apartment must be swept clean and handed over without any rubbish!
The legal value added tax is included in the price. Towels and bed linen are of course available.
The apartment can be used by max. 4 persons and is a non-smoking apartment.
